"I ain't got time to bleed."

He has gone completely off the wall as of late. He's always on Alex Jones talkin' 'bout da gubbermint.

I don't think he buys his own shit though. He's just smart enough to know he can make a few quid from it.

Xenomorphine

From what appearances I've seen, he seems to. Tends to bring it up or hint at it, without provocation.

Has always seemed confrontational, but in this instance, having served in the military, himself, he should've known far better.

:o

that asshole is selling a book right? lame publicity.
and now you make through that link some PR for him, too.

ps: aren't the military killing innocent people from time to time? accidently or not, but it does happen. even friendly fire  ::)

Ghostface

What a "hero" striking down an elderly vet. Jesse might have once been "the body" but that was a long time ago. Jesse should have chosen his forum for his beliefs a little better, but that doesn't excuse hitting a 60 year old man in the face.

Stalker

Looks like they should rename Chris Kyle's right hand "Ol' Painless."

First Blood

Ventura has been out of touch with reality for quite some time now.

He's not the one who raises it, though. Someone else seems to bring it up and he just confirms it after being asked to.

None of which justifies Ventura's alleged behaviour during that. Especially, if true, verbally lashing out and saying they "deserved" to have lost more after being asked to stop while they were mourning a lost comrade.

Nobody said he's a hero for doing it, so much as Ventura was an idiot for unnecessarily acting in the way described.

Bottom line: He should've known better.

Assaulting elderly folks is not ok. Ventura is slowing losing his grip on reality as many people do as they age. I just don't get it. A seal should have the training to restrain himself from unnecessary combat; especially when it is clear that the opponent is painfully overpowered and of no consequence.

Ghostface

You would think "the world's best sniper" would know a thing or two about restraint. I'm sure he's sat in his own filth for hours waiting for a mark and yet he doesn't have the decency to go to those police officers outside and ask them to escort the crazy old man out. I hope someone shows him the same courtesy when he's 60 and has unpopular views on the world.

Xenomorphine

I think it's excusable to feel a tad impulsive when you're mourning the death of a friend and a complete stranger keeps getting in your face and tells you that more of your friends "deserved" to die, personally.

It's not like he's gloating over it. Just saying it's true after being asked.

Wait this shit can't be real. You know what, could it be possible that this is all just to sell a book? Lets be honest this is what Jesse has done for most of his life; garner attention and you cannot look away from the fact that Chris Kyle is selling a book. However what is scary is that a military man, a seal who is claimed to be the deadliest sniper no less, is selling a freaking book and have any of you read the snip its? I'm scared to death of reading the book and would have never heard of it if not for this violent altercation.

Now I'm not blind to the fact that many people do in fact love killing, including killing people but this is messed up. Punching a 60 year old blow hard in the mouth shows rage. Uncontrollable rage. It doesn't matter if it is one punch or not. He also did it in a territorial way. You can say he did it cause it was his friend but that is bull when it comes to a fully trained seal. This is a serious matter that the military isn't confronting. No matter how tough you are, killing people and then readjusting to boring ass civilian life is serious. There should be no books, no tolerance of violence of any kind till after the flow of time and mental health issues are addressed.

If this is true just think about it, we have a fully trained killer walking among us who punched an defenseless old fart in the face and is selling a book about how much he loved to kill other human beings. You can put pretty tags on it but it is what it is.

We see this type of action from our military men far too often and I do not like it. Mental health among soldiers needs to become a top priority and soon.
