Im glad it stylistically conforms to Alien's retro feel. Although it looks futuristic, it still very much has that 70s charm about it.

At first sight they look like eggs, but if you watch more carefully, you will see that they  are not completely egg-shaped. The top is sort of cut-off and flat. Or maybe it is just my impression.

Ok there a picture of a spacesuit guy bending over to look at something, a non-human hand pressing green buttons (I hope that's the space jockeys hand) and a cavern or pit full of possibly eggs..... Awesome. I think I just had a heart attack.
