Hmmmm. 2 bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. With how much and unhealthily I eat, how I'm not currently in the ocean singing beautiful songs, I don't know. That said, it does play havoc on my skin. I love cheese ever so much but it's so unkind to my skin.
