Walmart still exsists... 500 years from now...

Correction. 200 years from now and it wouldn't surprise me considering how large and expansive a corporate business like Walmart is.

...A supermarket buys a colonial space enterprise?
Walmart isn't as big and expansive as you may think it is, it's almost exclusive to North America...

If one accepts a deleted scene as canon.

Alien³, but I have come to love and respect Resurrection.

AlienatedPredator

I have some major issues with both films, but A4 actually has more scenes I enjoy or that I feel properly convey horror - and of course Weaver was awesome as always, but especially so in this Alien-hybrid persona.

Of course A3 is a better FILM on a solely critical basis. However, A4 has these scenes that I love:

What's-his-face studying the Aliens up close through the glass - love that whole scene (too bad the Alien design sucks)
The unimaginable evil of humans submitting other unwitting humans to be chest-bursted; fits in with the dark universe perfectly
The Ripley clone scene was horrifying - again played perfectly by Weaver and again showing the monstrosity of people like Wren
Basketball scene
Aliens escaping scene
What happened to Purvis was pretty horrible too

I like both of them almost equally but I must say that Alien 3 was better overall .

Alien 3 was the last film in the series for me.  Aside from the mess in the beginning, it was a great film to me.  We had time to invest in some characters, so their deaths had meaning.  Even the scene about sacrificing everything so WY doesn't get their hands on the Alien was filmed well.
