Xenomorph internal organs

Do the Xenomorphs have internal organs? I don't think we have ever seen them with them.

Do they have hearts, bones, fat, muscle, etc? Especially the internal bones part. Could it be that their external skeleton takes the place of their need for internal bones?

We can see they have muscles, bones (or as close as that it makes no difference), and internal soft squishy bits in the films.

And that cut bit from AvP showed us the brain from memory.

Lol, yeah we've seen guts from onscreen disembowelments, but there's no definitive anatomy. I guess it's hard to do an autopsy on something that would melt all instruments and turn the gurney into a smoking crater.

Well the palm was shown as really meaty in Alien, perhaps the real circulatory system is in the digits?

It was a dead one he was cutting up so the blood would've already neutralised.
