OK I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say this just looks like a complete effects movie and possibly not much else, very good effects but that's it. I haven't really been keeping up on the plot details but from what I see it looks to have been changed dramatically from Superman lore. Does Sups arrive on Earth in some kind of big spaceship? is that what I'm seeing?.

Overall I'm still not seeing anything here which I haven't already seen before in many many many other comicbook adaptations. Still also must stress that without this....

Oh and I hate the look for Zod, yet another biomechanical/neo-robocop type suit eeesh! he looks like Dr Octopus crossed with something out of LOTR for pete's sake. Plus his helmet looks like a complete rip from Scott's space jockey!
