How to change teams SPECIES DEATHMATCH

Yeah inability to change species is quite stupid. Especially since it wont even switch you if people leave an teams become imbalanced. Only good thing about it is people would be jumping off Marines like a sinking ship if you could change lol.

i actually think marines are pretty strong in species DM, it's quite satisfying to find an alien and predator fighting and then just gunning them down for 2 kills. and the fact they can see everyone equally well regardless of species unlike predator who has to switch vision modes continuously of have it turned off alltogether.
the problem is when people play marines as if they were predators, and run around on their own. trying to pick off people from a distance. in TDM you really should pair up.

doesnt let you choose species in ranked games because then everyone would get xp with pred disc

player games or dedicated servers allow you to choose in ~TDM
