When you as alien grab someone does that automatically lead to some attack
or do you just hold him untill you choose to intiate some attack or release ?

And how is the attack type selected ? some situation based ? some button
based ? or what ?

And are you locked in place when you grab someone or can you move
around and drag your victim with you ?

From what we can see in those leaked (or not) SP videos, it looks more like you can stealth kill whoever you want, but you can finish armed opponents only.
It seems when nearing an unarmed opponent you can perform a harvesting move (holding them so some random facehugger can get to them). So yeah, I'd say it's definitely situation based.
Also, it doesn't seem you can move by doing so.

I missed that Predator kill we did see in previous videos on which the predator grabs an alien and then cuts a quarter of his head.. with all those acid splats and so on. That was supa cool. Hope we got it in the retail version!.

yeah im hopeing if the same thing, i would say they took it from the first AVP movie, becaouse in  the movie the pred dose a similiar move and kills an alien, but i think he used the shiruken to do it
