Just read Thor: Ages of Thunder again. The third story, Man of War, is probably my favorite. Seeing Odin clad in the Destroyer armour was badass as hell.

I've started reading Straczynski's run on Thor again, largely because your link to the omnibus reminded me Shasvre.

I agree. The art is fantastic and the story is well written. Even the small things, like the asgardians interacting with the townspeople is fun to read. Not to mention The Warriors Three. I don't know that much about them outside Straczynski's run, but here they are amazing.

Yeah it's a nice little run. And seeing Thor slap around Ironman at the start is always good.
