Well for your avatar you just copy the link of the photo,

for example mine is
http://i35.tinypic.com/2e378zp.jpg

Though if you want to put a actual picture in a message you put

[img]LINKTOPICTURE[/img]

whick if done correctly will make the image look like this.

First, make sure your photo is on a website. Flickr, even Facebook (thats what I use) works. Photobucket, whatever.

Once you got that down, right click the image, there should be a "Copy Image URL" or "Copy Image Location". For avatars, just put the location in. For signatures, put the img code MrBrokenTusks gave you. If you can't do it, just give the website address to me or anyone else and we'll give you the code.
