Saw this film on C4 last night. Pretty good, very gory though I was expecting more torture scenes. The beginning was pretty slow too.

No intention of seeing it, though.

Too scared? I didn't think it was too bad. I thought the Hostel torture scenes were way worse.

I thought the start was very slow. I felt like turning in off until the torture and chase scenes started.

The cutting the spine thing was actually done by the real serial killer it was based on.  He did it so the victim was totally defenceless but still alive.

What got most people was the jarring shift from slow and boring to downright nasty.

It being based on true events helped.

Actually the whole movie was boring, SiL, just don't bother with it. Any movie where the killer's specialty is scaring teenage girls can suck a fat.

Besides, at least Ivan Milat has a cool name.

I read that this movie is 80s style and that it should be pretty good, i think i buy a copy.
