They're not going to be wearing scrubs if they're "escaped creations of a mad scientist" though.  They're more likely to be wearing the clothes of a patient than a doctor.

I thought a surgical gown would be generic.  And them things are almost disposable these days.  Know anyone who works in a hospital who might be able to procure some?  Basic one piece Hazmat suits are almost as disposable too - might do the trick?

If they're still wearing the same shirts from their human days, dirty em up. And tear them, don't cut them with scissors, don't make neat little slashes make them torn to crap so all that's left are a few pieces of connected cloth draped over the body.

I got the hazmat suit, and am filming tonight...

The thing is too wide! I tried belts, but they don't work!

How is the width going to affect the performance?

Ah okay - how about a big bulldog clip round the back out of sight to make it look thinner?
