Not really, it's a condition. I have trouble getting to sleep and I can't get enough deep sleep when I do sleep.
I used to use sleeping tablets, but they never worked.

when i can't sleep i think about stuff.  i make plans for the day, and think about my projects, what i want to do, how i want it to turn out like, etc.

putting effort on things always makes me tired.

Well as a said before, rest is nearly as good as sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping then thats more the reason to get an early night and to rest yourself and give your body a chance to recover.

i left a tap running filling something up at work, then got distracted by an urgent email, and the tap kep running, and it flooded the place, and it took ages to clear up thankfully i didn't get in trouble, but i felt pretty stupid.
