So I head over to the park where I do my community service hours for school. I get there and there's a game going which means I can't do the field work I was assigned to. The park keeper tells me to come back Monday after school.

f**k bro, I need these f**king hours or I can't graduate!

However there were at least some positives. Got to leave the house and walk around my neighborhood a little.

The worst part of it all is... this person did feel the same way about me at one point.  I got invited over for coffee but couldn't make it that day due to a pre-arranged appointment (talk about bad timing).  And then we both had timing issues for a month that followed.  Eventually, I lost out and perhaps it just wasn't meant to be.

Timing is everything.  There is such a thing as too soon and too late.
