I'd choose Predators over Alien: Res, for sure if only because I prefer Predator to Alien as a creature. I wouldn't say it's a better movie though.

1. Predator
2. Aliens
3. Alien
4. Predator 2
5. Prometheus
6. Predators
7. Alien 3
8. AVP R
9. Alien Resurrection
10. AVP (only because of my blind disdain for Paul W.S. Anderson)

To Prometheus.

The thing is, AvPR is a terrible film for a variety of reasons, and I don't think listing them would be necessary.

Prometheus has a terrible script with nice visuals and some nice creature designs, and some nice acting.
...And it f**king guns down many great ideas behind Alien; a lot of the charm I found in the original film -- now dust.

Kinda a dilemma here.
