Either way, they have the right to make it, and if it sucks, just don't pay attention to it.

It can go both ways. The short film may have an actual message behind it, or it may be tasteless only to make an exploitation out of a horrific tragedy having no respect for the victims.

I think the top comment has the right idea, about a dialogue between Bats and the Joker and how it relates.

Sure, they have a right to make it and we have a right to call it what it is: Grotesquely tasteless.

Ahaaaaa  that was great.

I also have to really show some love for Warner Bros or whoever released the DVD Trilogy with tons of special features and a mini art book! It's so nice to see us old DVD piss ants get some love once in awhile.

I re-watch the movie again tonight and it was still a good movie. I still don't like how the movie made Batman stand around at home for several years without fighting crime. It feel so out of character to me.

Batman Begins: Bruce Wayne creates his alter ego.
The Dark Knight: Bruce Wayne proving his physical strength.
The Dark Knight Rises: Bruce Wayne proving his internal strength.

That's how I see it anyway.

Well, here it is. It's somewhat a parody from The Dark Knight's interrogation scene between Batman and Joker.

That was embarrassing to watch, to be honest.  And by saying that I'm not showing disrespect for the victims of the actual tragedy.

Well, that was a crappy video. Did anyone else watch more than some 20 seconds?

Interesting. Here's my take: ;)

Batman Begins: Bruce Wayne gets the girl.
The Dark Knight: Bruce Wayne looses the girl.
The Dark Knight Rises: Bruce Wayne gets a cat.
