Having long hair really sets off a beard. It started as a goatee/'stache combo some years ago, but it just kept growing.

We agree! My hair (non-facial) used to be twice as long as this pic, but had to cut it due to SO many split ends and dead overall.

Went out last night for fondue and wine

Oh yeah and its super filling!The place we went to was expensive though. It was my Sisters birthday and there was 7 of us and I was the one treating everyone........... 674$

Acccording to this book (yes, I own a copy), Beard itch is associated with being dehydrated. Drink water, lots and lots of it with a healthy, protein rich diet and the itch should slow down (or my case) disappear completely! Then again, I also use these to control itch and growth:
