Ah yes, you're the guy with the back problems and I'm the guy with the shoulder problems. All starting to come back to me.  Regardless, obviously looking out well for you. Whats great about it is if you look at scooby, he started lifting at around your age - so who knows where you'll end up. We both have plenty of time. Thats if our bodies hold up :(

how old are you guys again? It sucks having issues like that when you're younger. I get hit by a car in 2010 and ever since then have had back and neck issues. It sucks snap, crackling and popping as much as I do.  :D

36. A lot of wear and tear from sports, BJJ and weight lifting. I'm not old but I am no spring chicken :(

29. Though i have lngering back issues.

If i had a coach to help with deadlifts i would probably do them. They are a great exercise. Im just following scoobs recommendations based on my physical limitations.

Hows the shoulder holding up?

Shoulder is fooked for now, in rehab for it. I was doing too much pushing with low reps and pyramids. Now I need to take 3 months off from anything serious. I would suggest simply looking it up. My coaches of choice are strengthcamp and lee hayward. I love to deadlift, its my favorite lift by far - if you had any questions I'd be happy to answer them.

Not at all I'm 5 foot 9 and 3/4ths. I hover around 185.
