Nice. I still remember seeing that one sold in one of my local comic shops in '07. I should've picked it up.

You're right about that, 'cause they've become quite rare and prices increased. They were originally sold around 20$. I had the chance to find this one on a private auction site in France for ~60$, and it was the less expensive of the few on sale.
I was also lurking on the Jaws 3D Poster, but this one is even more rare and is sold generally between 150 and 300$... Sigh

Nice gege, I notice you like'em boxed, but don't you like to put your figures on display either ?


By the way, got myself a real bargain for a future mural diorama project, an used airsoft M41.
Some problems on it -the stock doesn't lock, fire selector is missing on the other side, reloading is hard 'cause the magazine has two parts- but it's heavy (arount 3kgs - "feel the weight" would say Hicks), it can shoot BBs decently and the ammo count lights up and actually works, so it's a good start !
Gotta do some painting (bruises, use marks, maybe a sling and a personal marking on the upper body) and the biggest part : create a metal wall-mounted grid.

150€, approx 200$

When I look on the net, the "movie props" (which are often airsoft guns with a M41 kit) are either sold out, either at prices so prohibitive that I would never have bought one (500, 700, up to 900$...).
When this friend of mine told me he was selling (he doesn't play airsoft any more), I jumped on it ! I do play aisroft too, but this replica is not going to see the game field, my walls are so eager to host it !
