it doesn't. he comes with interchangeable mandibles and two biohelmets. the extra head on the picture is only to show how he looks without the mask.

Westfield comics I believe Doom. Had em preordered since April. They are so awesome. They've gone up just a tad but I paid $7.99 for each set and now they go for about $10.
