Picking just 10 is hard so think about it hard 

1) Derelict/Engineer/Egg chamber discovery
2) Ripley facing the queen in her power loader shouting her unforgettable line
3) Ripley getting ready in the elevator to save Newt
4) Dallas' vent hunt
5) Ripley slowly venturing through the corridors in Alien during the climax with the cacophony of sounds and smoke
6) Ripley communicating with the Queen in the hive
7) Reveal of the true Ash
Kane's last meal...
9) Suicide grenade in the vents in Aliens
10) The Alien's slow otherworldly walk towards Lambert after killing Parker

So I only managed to pick scenes from the first 2 films...

Moments, not scenes. Hmm...I'll go with very brief ones.

1-Jonesy staring up after Brett dies.
2-David's hurt look when Weyland says he'll never have a soul.
3-Ash calmly staring at the screen, knowing Dallas is doomed.
4-Lambert's pained expression after Parker says "No blood. No Dallas. Nothing."
5-Hicks running down the hall after Vasquez tells him to go.
6-Ripley giving her arm after Clemens asks if she still trusts him with a needle.
7-Call's "You're not her."
8-Morse laughing and the guard telling him to get moving.
9-Morse rearranging himself after Dillon mockingly brings up that he's the guy that made a deal with God to life forever.
10-Kane's blood spraying all over Lambert.
