Sorry, man but am I not allowed to enjoy things?  I love the show and if you have a problem with that, then, quite frankly, it's your problem.  It's a great show.  The show heightens my enjoyment of the original trilogy and the prequels.

Thinking about it, I would like to see the writers of Obi-Wan Kenobi tackle the Alien series.  Now that would be a sight for sore eyes!  Maybe a film, or even a 6 part series like Obi-Wan Kenobi?  Either way, that would be a ball knocked out of the park.  They could even do a similar concept to Obi-Wan Kenobi and fill in the narrative gaps between films.  Maybe they could explain what Bishop did between Aliens and Alien 3?  Arguably he did nothing but we didn't see that he was in cyro sleep for all that time, so there's definitely some wriggle room to tell a story there.  Now that Disney has the keys to the Alien franchise, they could do something with that.  Hope springs eternal

coo.  Did you enjoy The Rise of Skywalker as much as I did?  Personally, I thought it was the best of the sequel trilogy and certainly better than Return of the Jedi and A New Hope.  I found it to be about equal with The Empire Strikes Back, quality wise.  It was awesome when all the ships turned up to fight the First Order and when all the Jedi channeled themselves through Rey.  Babu Frik is one of the best characters from all of Star Wars.  Hopefully Disney will give that little fella his own spin off   I'd also probably kill someone to get a Rey spin-off.  She's my favourite character.
