Why Snake Predator has short dreadlocks?

Unless dreads are more then hair (as they tend to have sockets in skull) and their lenght is individual for every predstor? Who knows? Who cares?

As for lenght itself I'd say AvP Elder had longest dreads up to the date.

I'm with Sabers on this one. The way they act  I'd say they are additional gravity sensing organ apart from inner ear ( if Predator has any).

And you are right about that. That's why I'm saying Dave Dorman's Predalien is The desing that should be used in the future. It manages to keep the mess on Predator head and streamline it in a way it fits Alien. True marvel of a design on pair with original Alien IMO. Design from AvP-R is the exact representation of the whole movie.

A-men. I also agree with Master that Dorman did manage to incorporate them into the PredAlien design in a way that flowed with the head shape and didn't ruin the profile.

Looks more like a cross of the newborn with the queen, but with hair and predator mandibles ordered off wish
