I own a 360 but I want to get a PS4 when Destiny comes out.

Haven't owned a 360 since 08, probably won't get an X1 until years from now.

Sure - XBO - 499$, PS4 - 399$.

Also the XBO is not offered in various EU countries which means less sales = less customers than on PS4 which is offered in every country. PS4 is cheaper and its offered to bigger amount of people.

in the UK it's only 50 pound more so it's not that much if a difference and your getting features which are very useful, especially to me.  whilst I will be buying it to play games primarily I don't mind compromising some performance for the features of the xb1. If I was a hardcore gamer it would have to be the ps4. I think iv started growing out of playing games now which is pretty sad  but at the end if the day when I will be playing games I won't notice the difference from 6 feet away on my sofa. I do t even notice the difference between my ps3 and 360 now
