How dare you misremember such a masterpiece! It had relevance! They were in a giant museum with an enormous Brontosaurus type statue. After Mr. Freeze says that line, he freezes the statue sending it hurling to the ground in pieces, making a large enough distraction to move forward with his escape plan! Genius!

Admittedly it's been ages since I saw the film, but I always remember the dinosaurs in the room not being especially visible until after he's said it, making the moment he delivers the line pure wtf

But like I said, it's been ages.

You actually see that big boy clearly when the scene opens, and again when Batman enters from a skylight or something and says....

hi freeze i'm batman

then proceeds to do this magical slide down the length of the dinosaurs body.

Zack Snyder's Justice League

Okay, I liked this, much, much more than I thought I would. It's not perfect, mainly because it's very baggy and could be much tighter without losing much, but I did enjoy it a lot.

Two movies to choose from tonight at the theater, Pulp Fiction or The Courier.

As a history buff, I'm leaning more towards The Courier.
