Only Marvel movie I've actually seen and liked.

The only way you can like more, is if you actually see more.  :P

A perfectly workable come-on line. ;D

Let me get through Terminator first.

Get through? You act like it will be a chore, when it will be a pleasure!!!

 It hasn't been field tested. You be sure to try it and let me know if it works.

Fantastic Four (2005) - Extended Edition

It's been years since I've seen this. Alba is even worse than I remembered. Michael Chiklis is still the man, though.

Just read they're gonna remake/reboot Final Destination. Could be good.

You never saw Terminator?!

Should you like it, watch part 2 and stop there.

Eh, Salvation at least tried to move us in a logical direction (the future war). I've grown to love it for the darker/nastier Terminator film that it is. But yes, I wholeheartedly agree T3 and Genisys are lost causes entirely. The franchise dropped completely away like the sea floor starting with T3. The quality difference is just appalling.

I only saw the first two and parts of the third. Never felt the need to check out the others. Rather keep my Terminator memories untainted.

They shouldn't taint any memories, but might provide you with some good laughs. You might give salvation a spin someday though. At least it had the nuts to be a more serious terminator film. The fight with the T-800 was great too. And it's an amazing looking bluray, for what that's worth.

I'm probably only gonna be able to pay for the first two anyways. :P

~ALERT~ALERT~This is your Emergency Broadcast System. This is not a test ~Do not give Salvation a spin. I repeat do not give Terminator Salvation a spin. You'll feel a desire to gouge out your eyes after watching that poorly written, poorly directed film.~This was a public service announcement~

There's part of an interesting movie in Salvation. Marcus' story could have made for a good movie, but it has to share the film with the ungodly boring scenes of John Connor doing nothing of interest.

It would for me. When I think of Terminator I think of two great R-Rated movies and I'd like to keep it that way.
It's also why I haven't seen the Total Recall or Robocop remake.

I only watched the Total Recall remake because it was a Christmas present. The first action scene in the Rekall offices is really good, but that was in the trailers and the rest of the movie was crap.

Total Recall wasn't that bad, Robocop wasn't either really. I just enjoy them for what they are. I try not to avoid seeing movies, tastes are a weird thing and I don't want to miss out on something.

Yeah, I actually didn't mind the Robocop remake all that much. It was just too compromised and middle of the road. Which is a shame, it had some really neat scenes and ideas.
