Yeah, overall weight can be an illusion.  I'll see if I can explain how the illusion works...

I look bigger than a really weigh, but that has to do with what % bodyfat I am at, which for 220 is lower than average for that weight. At least when those pictures were taken I was around 12-14%.

Right now as I type this, I am about 18%-16% . Much higher than I want it to be. Too much beer and good food over the winter.
