Yeah still rocking scoobies mass gainer program. Ironically i shrug 225 lbs on a barbell. Only thing i dont like is that they cause myneck to get tight, so i get headaches.

Deadlifts (though they're not in his program), they're grow fast. I'll do 270+ in the squat rack (hand wraps included) for shrugs and they still don't react as well as they do for deadlifts.

Id deadlift if i felt confident enough. I dont like the stability of my lower back. I think i just need to change upt my shrugs... use cables, change my hand position. Etc.
