It's another one of my friend's pictures- he did it in Adobe Illustrator (or something like that) with a Wacom Tablet. Initially, the color was black, but when he mixed it up, that was the end result.

Of course I just fit the picture to the eye, and smoothed the edges.. and I would like to add that the eye shadow was my idea!
