Like the comic book style. And the haltone dot dealio you got going on.(I am guessing)
And are you using gradient overlay to get the multi coloured effect or the brush and blur way?


Photoshop elements 7 is that better than Photoshop CS5 extended?

nope just a texture i have! I dont use th gradient option!
