Outline the letters and mess with the brightness contrast until the letters blend with the background.  There's two shades so you might need to do this twice, but one you figure out the brightness contrast difference for one the rest of the photos should be the exact same.

Wish I was able to myself but lack of resources (broken computer).

If anyone here would be able help me with this image, it would very much be appreciated. 

I just need it to get:

- Resized to 512x512
- Rid of the text in the middle
- Transparent background.

(Also if it is possible to have it saved as a png.file that would be great. I'm not sure if that is something that can be done after the image has been edited/saved, so just in case. )
