If you want it to look a bit more like a normal sig without the stretching, you can always center the smaller image. It will still be, well, small, but it might look better positioned like that

Uhm, had to pick this size because of the image section/proportions...didn't save the project file and i'm busy right now because of New Year's Eve so no time to make a new one, however if you want some stretching

But more a more dark black/blue tint rather than red using these just the Aliens from these images (or any better/easier to work with images you may find) with the Deacon in the middle?
