Doom Patrol, episodes 1 to 4
This is quite alright. Certainly better than expected.
Not sure how to describe it. Imagine a small group of misfit X-Men having adventures that are part of a larger story, set to the tone of more serious Deadpool. Something like that.

Family Guy
Re-watching, again. Still great.
First time I noticed Quagmire banging Marge Simpson, and later on kil her and the rest of the family. Must have seen cut versions before.

Historical Roasts with Jeff Ross
Tried watching a couple of episodes but either fast forwarded or turned it off. I like a good roast but this seemed forced.
And dressing up women as male characters because of a lack of female characters didn't work either.

Finished Deutschland 86 last night. Didn't enjoy it as much as the first series, but it's still a good show. It definitely picked up a little in the second half.

This is another show that got by me.  Is it worth a watch?

Depends on your own personal tastes.

Each season is a different and contained story.

Asylum was probably the most diverse.  Zombies, serial killers, Nazi scientists, Satan, Aliens, crazed nuns, etc. But it's not sci-fi original material. It's solid writing with quality actors.

The newer seasons lost some of the quality, and "cult" went overly political from what I heard.

But seasons like Asylum, Hotel, and Freak Show won me over. It's a wild, violent and sexualized trip into insanity. But if you can deal with that, it's a full meal. There's a ton of content, and it's sold so well.

About halfway through Doom Patrol. Started out pretty strong but it's getting slower and more average.

Started the 4th season of Gomorra. Still quality so far. If you can appreciate mafia/crime series, I highly recommend it.

Almost finished the 3rd season of Brockmire. Little less crazy but still good.

Watched a couple more documentaries.

Young Sheldon Season 2 Episode 22
Such a bittersweet ending to the season, although i did love how they linked it in to the Big Bang Finale

I disliked the ending quite much. I loved until the last episode though.

True Detective has always been a splitter in that regard

f**king Curfew - what a riot this show is - I'm part way through...

Spoiler
Couldn't believe it when Michael Biehn turns up
[close]

Synthwave and genuine 80s soundtrack, daft as a brush but superb. Billy Zane has no lines for 3 episodes I think. Literally, just hanging around being Zane, drinking champagne and driving to wherever they're supposed to be driving too.

And it has Sean Bean playing a Yorkshire Psychopath.

I'm having a hard time handling the win of this show. It's awesome.

I thought the first few episodes of that were a bit naff, then there was a really excellent one, then it got naff again and I gave up. On paper it seemed right up my street, but I just couldn't get into it.

Started watching The Expanse on the recommendation of a friend. Only watched the first episode so far but I'm already very glad he put me onto it.
