Can't remember where I heard it but you should run to the sounds of dogs, cops and other people chasing you.
Or you could go for the real deal. I never ran as fast as when I got chased by a neighbourhood dog or cops.

Wat, you want to know my lifts? That's a new one here.

I'm more of a bodybuilding kind of guy, so my goal isn't strength, I ain't doing any really heavy sets, nothing below 5 reps. I'm more interested in increasing my body stats than on how much iron I'm using.

Let's see, I do standing barbell shoulder press with 80 kg. I haven't seen anyone else do that in my gym so far so I guess it must be good. You can have an idea of how I'm doing on the other barbell upper body exercises with that. I do weighted pullups with well over 100 kgs in total.

My squats and deadlifts suck though, like my bench is way too close to my squat, I don't care much since my legs already look fine and my body isn't good for those lifts (long legs/short arms).
