Depends why you'd hold a grudge though.
I only hold a grudge if the other person isn't at least willing to compromise. Or forgive.

Or if they hold a principal that I firmly disagree with. (They're a bigot etc)

Really depends on the situation.

When it comes to stalker-types, ignoring them is a great tool if confrontation doesn't work.

For the record, this 10+ year old grudge has been over for years now. We pretty much started pretending like the other never even existed, at least I did, and though it sounds unachievable I went and achieved it over time. Some people thought of me as dark and cruel for it but I regret nothing, I did what had to be done.
