This site isn't new per se. I have had it up for a while, but there has been a long period of inactivity due to:
a) a spammer
b) no member activity
But try it out and if you like, join! If I can get some members, I will get it up again! One member of this site, Predatory-Intent has joined this site.

Go to The Games page and make a character, then send me the message with your character's stats (MArines will be Available soon). Then, you will play numerous scenarios and advance in level/equipment. I am debating on a Fan Section too.
