According to his bio, Andrew Borman is the "Digital Games Curator at the Museum of Play in Rochester, NY." Looking at his YouTube channel he's got loads of early builds and etc that he shares videos of - even an old AvPR one - so seems like this might be a pitch/build we haven't heard of before.
