It's a gaming console, yet in the commercial it never once mentioned video games, just T.V and the NFL.

Its probably just that particular commercial.

It's a gaming console, yet in the commercial it never once mentioned video games, just T.V and the NFL.

It's a gaming console, yet in the commercial it never once mentioned video games, just T.V and the NFL.

It aired during the first NFL game of the year. It's a great advertisement once you think about it. I pretty much guarantee they will only air it during big NFL games.

Now, if every commercial showed everything BUT video games, then that would be something.

What happened is that I thought that something was going down with the UNO because I heard rumors of it being bad news for the UNO. I went and took a look at Twitter and decided to dig a bit, and this is what I found (thanks to those that provided a link or two of a couple of these tweets).

Most recently, I edited my post at the top, because Sessler had JUST confirmed that it had nothing to do with the UNO. Yet it seems that something big is going to happen, but that it's probably going to apply to the video game industry as a whole.

We don't know yet. So far it seems that everyone is under an NDA about what's actually going on.

UNO is Xbox One, it's what I've been naming it since before this past E3. An NDA is an Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Been reading some stuff about Xbox One running COD Ghosts on 720p resolution instead of 1080 like the PS4. Also their exclusive game Ryse: Son of Rome running on only 900p resolution. Now this game is made by Crytek who are known for making games with impressive graphics. Now if they cannot hit 1080p on a next gen console its a bit of a worry. There were some game on the Ps3 that run on 1080p so it should be no problem for these new consoles.

Keeps looking worse and worse for the XBOX One which is a shame cause I really love the Xbox controller and have a live account.
But the PS4 is cheaper and appears to have more power and better graphics by the look of it. Hopefully the PS4 controller has improved and matches the Xbox controller now.
