http://www.xbox360achievements.org/news/news-15307-Microsoft-Backtracks-on-Xbox-One-DRM-Policies.htmlSo it
is real.
Well, I'll stick with my neutrality status, but I am more optimistic about the Xbox One as this definitely a victory of some kind.
The thing I'm thinking though is, won't removing these things that were built in the pure console result in a console that is released with a number of related issues or malfunctions? Especially if these changes are rushed to meet consumer demands? I'm no expert, that is just a possibility in my untrained mind.
Anyway, if the price could be lowered and something done about the Kinect function (U.S Congress apparently want's a say in the fate of that function) then I'd be pretty much ready to join Xbox One.
But they've already made big changes as it is, if they changed the price and the Kinect as well for the better, then you'd have to be
really ungrateful for their sacrifices. They didn't have to change as it is, it is after all
their product, but they did because they are listening, at least now they are, after all how could they possibly ignore so much criticism?
Edit: Hmmmmm, scratch "ungrateful" (if you want to), more like you must really have a grudge or be really a Playstation person.
