I know a lot of people who still like having physical copies. Physical copies is easier when games go out of print. With Steam, not every game you want will be on there. With the help of Amazon and Ebay, you can find a game that went out of print 10 years ago and still play it.

Guys, guys, guys... did you read the article I posted yesterday? Used games will be happening in a very large way. It's not like there is going to be an epidemic of used games on the X1 or anything. They are still happening. You can still trade your physical copy of the game in just like you did with the 360 or PS3, etc.. Yes, there will probably be an extra step of deleting it off of your profile, but that doesn't take long at all.

It now has evened up with PS4 except it's still more expensive and has weaker hardware.

Maybe I'm just too much of a softie, but why would it be too late? Obviously, they thought they were doing something that could further the console, and, in the next generation or maybe 2, I think all consoles will have these DRM/check up things. Now that it spawned almost universal hatred, they are going to change it... why would you blame them for that?

They made an update, but the page they are linking to the June 19th update isn't even up. So I'm not sure if this means that the news about UNO doing a complete 180 on all its bullshit restrictions is all but confirmed.

I still am. If the complete 180 reversal is true, then I'm buying the UNO in the far future. Before I wasn't even considering buying it 5 to 8 years from now, but if this new info is true then I'll buy it within the next 5 to 8 years.
