Capcom's AvP from 1994

Does anyone know if they ever plan on re-releasing this? I've always hoped they were going to include it in a Capcom classic volume like they did with older final fight and street fighter games on the PS but nothing ever happend. I hope they one day release it on XBL or PSN.

Nothing's been announced - be nice if there was a way of repackaging all the old Aliens games (Aliens, AvP, Alien3 the Gun) for consoles, but I think they're all from different studios.

Surely most should be abandonware by now?

Don't know.  I think abandonware can be a bit grey - especially for properties still technically owned by Fox.

I had the original arcade itself but had to sell it due to financial difficulites. I regret the day I had to let it go...
