I don't usuallly care about achievements.  I can't think of one PS3 game where I went for one just to have it.

I get big kicks out of achievements. They generally lead me to play games in ways I hadn't thought of. I feel they add a lot of replay value to my games.

Yeah, I tend to do that, or let the smaller outlying asteroids pass by or impact and focus my attention on the bigger ones that will deal more damage.

Same here, i love the 360 achievement thing, it makes a game more lasting. Ive had a 360 and a PS3 for afew years now and i always buy my games on 360 because of the achievement value. I know PS3 have tried to play catch up with its trophy system thing. But lets face it, the trophy system is no were near as good as the 360 achievement system thing.
