Yes, I was trying to get the UK Titan hardcover -- hopefully will be able to afford it soon.

Anyone see the resemblance? ;)

I must admit I do not. But that creature is definitely the one that looks most Del Toro to me. :)

Less Frank and more Boris in general I think ...

Maybe a dash of The Mummy

That is a cool looking Kaiju.

Is Karloff in the movie?I seen a pic of him in the comic, think hes the first to go toe to toe with a Jaeger.

I sure hope so.  Would be a shame to waist a good looking design.

Nope. The only Kaiju that go on to appear in the movie are Trespasser and the victim of Coyote Tango.

That's unfortunate. The design is pretty awesome looking.

Agreed, but with the inclusion of Trespasser, Knifehead, Onibaba, Leatherback, Otachi, Bladehead, Scunner, Raiju, and Slattern I think the on-screen beastiary was getting a tad bit full.

Karloff is my favourite of the monsters, so far. Shame he's not in this.

I'm guessing Onibaba is the Kaiju with the crab like pincers?

Okay. It looks like it's are civic duty to see this film twice a day opening weekend.

If "Grown Ups 2" is tracking better than Pacific Rim then it's a CLEAR indication of the world we are living in now. (And how I don't want to live in it anymore!)
