In the script the hunting camp is filled with all sorts of crazy and nasty stuff. Which they obviously aren't doing all practically.

That is right. That is why the overwhelming majority liked the Alien Harvest script.

They seriously look like a set from an eighties episode of 'Doctor Who'. that's not necessarily a bad thing, but the similarities are striking.

Nothing particularly special about them. They'd need the right lighting and stuff.

These pics are really neither bad or good, they just show tiny portions of the set from strange angles without proper lighting on a cell phone camera. These pictures are almost completely useless. Give us some official pics or a trailer and then we can go to town analysing them.
