Let me break it down for you.
Story ones (piss easy if you know what your doing) could be easily done no problem with them.
Gun Specific ones even easier
Multiplayer ones you need the dlc for and they are really hard as well this would make up the majority of them but it will most likely leave your percentage at an average 50 or something like that, I mean compare trophies with me because that is most likely the maximum you will get (not saying you are bad, just because of all the variables involved in getting the mp ones.)
Top 4% trophy I won't be able to explain it on here properly but don't even try to get these trophies now, it is virtually impossible.
