Having played football for most of my life, I can tell you that all that "body armour" doesn't do a whole lot. You only wear it so you don't break every bone in your body. And don't try and tell me that rugby is worse, you cant even tackle properly in that sport

also there are Olympians in the nfl ranks, can the same be said for whatever version of rugby is the nfl equivalent?
