Can't people just die?

Well if this stops people from needing nurses to wipe for them or people going senile, great.

Life extension is good in particular because it could keep some of the most brilliant minds around longer.

...wut... a chariot can't even damage a tank. Just f**king take the hits or get out of the way.

I'm guessing you didn't understand the metaphor so I'll break it down for you.

If a chariot attacks you, respond with a chariot of your own. If a tank attacks you, respond with a tank of your own. That's considered an equal amount of retaliation; no more than is needed.

From the sounds of it you'd just live a better life when old, it doesn't add anything to your lifespan.
Oh thank goodness.

Haha get out man you know it's a horrible thing regardless of the occasional genius being semi-immortal.

But this same technology could lead to some truly awful people kicking around longer than they should be. It goes both ways.

That's a horrible metaphor... anyways, there's no f**king need to retaliate.

You're right, the dime a dozen evil dictator would be all over it, but if someone like Einstein was on the verge of dying while close to their greatest discovery, well...

My point is, unique contributors like him are much rarer than bad people, and this doesn't do anything about the squishiness of the human condition (meaning if they're that bad, you could still take them out).

Its for you.  If your a manly man then chick punches and kicks should feel like gnats landing on your shoulder.  If they hurt then you need to hit the gym.

Are you serious? A "manly man"? What does that even mean? Every person (man or woman) has the right to self-defense against an attacker, no matter how small (man or woman).

Doomrulz you go ahead and lay some chick out that you outweigh by 75lbs.

QuoteWoman, 31, Accused of Posing as High School Student for 7 Months
A 31-year-old Texas woman pretended to be a high school sophomore for nearly an entire school year, fooling teachers, classmates and even the woman who took her in, school officials said.

"Everyone we talked to assumed she was a teenager like she said she was, because she looked like one," Stuart Newlin, principal of New Life Christian School in Longview, Texas, told ABC News.

Oh, Texas.

Yeah, defending yourself against any attacker, regardless of size and gender, is totally discriminatory.
