What a shame, first the Oscar's and now the Super Bowl. What should be something that brings people together, something that is watched all over the world (apparently), by families, sports fans, people just wanting to see a good game...now completely hijacked by a political agenda.

Its also typical hypocrisy that Beyonce required a police escort into the stadium...only to do this (along with her new video). Its all anti-police this, and anti-police that...unless you actually need them of course

Oh, I didn't see any diversity in that performance, where was the diversity??

You're absolutely right.

There's a difference between entitlement and expectancy and what is happening within the black community is a matter of expectancy. Prominent blacks like Ice Cube are better role models while other prominent black people are some of the oldest spoiled rotten brats there is. The atmosphere of expectancy has drove away black people that otherwise felt entitled. Sometimes I wonder if the grand scheme wasn't to force the issue by saturating parts of society with it to expose it.

Visually, I thought the halftime show was great. Music was terrible, but great visuals.

Now the game itself, was horrific to watch: Turnovers, sloppy penalties and Talib was a complete dick that should have been ejected. Predictions for Super Bowl LI:

Seattle Seahawks defeat New England Patriots, 28-25. Russell Wilson named MVP.

Pittsburgh Steelers defeat Arizona Cardinals, 42-17. Levean Bell named MVP for setting Super Bowl record for all purpose yardage and touchdowns.

Now that I think about it, it's a grotesque act of racism, bigotry and deception simply to further the agenda of a racial exploitation. I definitely avoid this area of the forum now, I don't give a crap what side you're on, just keep your political opinions to yourself for gods sake. Or at least keep it in the political news thread, seems far to difficult for some here to understand.

This actually happened at gamegossip, at the end of its life the forum filled with political extremists and ended up pretty much being the final blow.

I've been a member of this forum for years. I've come and gone for years.

Why remove that post about the white people in that video not being Irish? The suffering of the Irish in North America is a historical fact. The Irish suffered longer and worse than blacks, achieved a better social standing in society and have become more  respected.

The suffering of the Irish isn't a political matter; it's a historical fact that's very inconvenient for political agendas.

...and our education system is a joke. That too is a matter of historical fact.
