Genuine question for Cvalda, if you can see the screen over the rim of your black polo-neck. Can car design be art, in your opinion?

Car design, in no way shape or form, can be considered art.

How about architecture?

yes non-virtual architecture to a degree

No aesthetic considerations of beauty in car design. None.

Game design never has  any consideration of how gameplay impacts narrative and vice-versa.

Well where exactly is the difference? Architecture operates within the contraints and requirements of functionality, while also having an aesthetic element designed to create an emotional response. The exact same applies to car design.

A Jaguar F-type or Lamborghini Miura isn't designed solely to get you from A to B, they're designed to affect you on a deeper level - you want one because it looks nice, just as you'd rather have a good-looking house than a grey identikit box.
And it goes deeper than just the visual design, too. The interior layout, the noise and torque curve of the engine, the weight of the steering, the chassis balance - these aren't functional concerns, they're subjective elements designed to provoke a response in the driver.

and how exactly does a jaguar or lambo make anyone feel anything with depth
