My brother woke me up today to say our mother wanted us to come into the hospital right away. Apparently after meeting with doctors, she was told he'd only live for a few days. The cancer spread too far and there was no way to save him. After we arrived, she met up with us and asked, "you do know he's dead?"
Suffice it to say, no we didn't. What a great way to find out your father's dead.
Just got back home. Now I've to deal with distant relatives I don't care for and nosey neighbours acting like they care, when all they want is gossip.
I could do with food...

Well it's not like you've been trolling in this thread as of late, right?

AFAIC, I've never been trolling. It's an easy label to put on someone whom you don't agree with.
To be that dismissive of someone so quickly, for their opinions, whilst thinking you're right, is in itself trolling.
I've never given someone shit for their opinions here (that I'm aware of), yet recieved nothing but childish responses, whining and "abuse".
I don't really complain either, 'cause I think everyone's entitled to their opinion. Free Speech and all that. (lulz)
